Our L3 THFS students had the pleasure of welcoming three incredible women: Sylvie and her daughters, Lili and Jeanne.

Sylvie has a farm (La Ferme de Quyvie) and she grows flowers for the greatest chefs like Theo Fernandez – L’Auberge de la Forge, Mory Sacko – MoSuke, Pascal Barbot – Astrance, Maxime Bouttier – Restaurant Géosmine…

Jeanne works with her, Lili is a pastry student at Jacques et Regis Marcon’s.

Our students had an exciting day filled with learning and exchanging ideas. They are working on their new project. Thanks to them.
